In brief
- A warranty shown on SabiReal is the brand's own warranty, not ours.
- Warranties are off unless the brand turns them on.
- The terms you see are written by the brand.
- We pass your registration and any claim to the brand, which decides on it.
- Your contact details are kept only as long as set out in our Data Retention Schedule.
1.Whose warranty it is
Some brands offer a warranty on their products through SabiReal. The warranty is between you and the brand. We do not give cover, we do not decide claims, and there is no standard SabiReal warranty.
SabiReal is a brand of Worllet Limited, a company registered in Nigeria.
RC number: 7014396.
Address: Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Your rights under Nigerian consumer law stay the same whether or not a brand offers a warranty here.
2.When a warranty is shown
Warranties are off by default. A brand chooses whether to turn them on for its products. If it does, you see the warranty and its terms on the check result for that product, with the option to register.
3.The terms
The brand writes its own warranty terms, including what is covered, for how long and how to claim. We show them as the brand gives them to us. Questions about what the terms mean, or whether something is covered, are for the brand.
4.Registrations and claims
When you register a product or make a claim, we pass the details you give us, and any photos or proof you add, to that brand so it can handle them. The brand decides on your claim and tells you the outcome.
Give only the details the form asks for. Please do not include other people's personal data.
5.Your contact details and how long we keep them
- Warranty registrations and claims are kept for 365 days after the cover ends.
- A claimant's contact details are kept for 730 days after the claim is resolved.
- After that they are deleted by scheduled jobs.
Our full schedule is at https://sabireal.com/legal/retention, and your rights over your data are at https://sabireal.com/legal/data-rights.
6.If something goes wrong
If a brand does not respond to your claim or does not honour its own terms, contact the brand first. If that does not work, write to support@sabireal.com with "Warranty" in the subject line, with your product code and claim details. We will raise it with the brand.
