Seal and Code Use Guidelines

Running a manufacturer account and the services on your codes.

Last updated 2 November 2026 · Version 1

  • The SabiReal seal shows that a unit carries a registered identity: issued by your company for that product.
  • Print the seal and code only on registered units carrying codes we issued to you.
  • Put plain wording near the seal that invites a check, such as "Scan to check this code".
  • Never suggest the seal means a product is certified, approved or endorsed by us or any regulator.
  • Test codes never go on products for sale, and the seal comes off new packaging when your brand leaves.
  1. 1.What the seal means

    The SabiReal seal shows that a unit carries a product code registered in our system. When someone checks the code, the result shows a registered identity: the code was issued by your company for that product.

    SabiReal is a brand of Worllet Limited, a company registered in Nigeria.

    RC number: 7014396.

    Address: Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

    That is all the seal means. It does not say anything about the quality, safety, contents or standards of the product, and it is not an approval by us, NAFDAC, SON or any other regulator.

    These guidelines form part of our Business Terms at https://sabireal.com/legal/business-terms. Your licence to use the seal is set out there.

  2. 2.What the seal looks like

    The seal is printed on your product's own label, not as a separate sticker. It shows a green tick and the word "SabiReal", a QR code and the 8-character product code.

    Keep it small, about one seventh of the label width, in a corner of the label. Your brand stays the hero of your packaging.

    Print the seal as we supply it. Do not redraw, recolour, stretch or crop the seal, and do not combine it with other marks.

  3. 3.Where codes and the seal may appear

    • On the label or packaging of a registered unit, with the code issued for that unit.
    • One code per unit. Never print the same code on more than one unit.
    • Only on products and from factories approved on your account.
    • In your marketing, you may show the seal to explain that your products can be checked, as long as the wording follows these guidelines. Do not show a real product code in marketing; use an image without a readable code.
  4. 4.Wording near the seal

    Put a short line near the seal that tells people what to do. For example:

    • Scan to check this code
    • Check this code at verify.sabireal.com
    • Scan or send the code on WhatsApp to see who issued it

    Keep the wording about the check, not about the product.

  5. 5.What you must not say or suggest

    Do not use words or designs near the seal, or anywhere you show it, that suggest:

    • the product is certified, approved, endorsed or tested by SabiReal;
    • SabiReal stands behind the product's quality, safety or contents;
    • the seal is a NAFDAC, SON or other regulator's mark, or looks like one;
    • a SabiReal warranty applies to the product (any warranty is your own);
    • the product is original, unadulterated or safe because it carries the seal.

    If we see wording that breaks these rules, we will ask you to change it. We may pause issuance or suspend codes if it is not changed.

  6. 6.Test codes

    Test codes are for trying out printing and checking. A checked test code says: "This is a test code. It does not identify a real product." Never put a test code on a product offered for sale, and destroy test prints when you are done with them.

  7. 7.When your brand leaves SabiReal

    If your account closes or a brand is removed, stop printing the seal and our codes on new packaging and remove the seal from your artwork and marketing.

    Units already on the market may keep their codes, and checks of those codes may keep showing the record of who issued them, so that consumers can still check them.

  8. 8.Questions

    If you are not sure whether your wording or design follows these guidelines, email support@sabireal.com with "Seal use" in the subject line before you print.
